Such sites have to be very careful that they are presented as news, history, or research in order to qualify for "Fair Use" presentations of others' copyrighted TV shows/movies. Generally, piles of photos and vidclips on their own are not proper "Fair Use". However, if the presenter writes articles about the content, provides thoughtful overview of cultural trends, etc., then such a site can possibly be considered "Fair Use"...
