I had to do that a week or so ago. I had a new email but I'm still waiting for my password number. I've emailed them and asked but they don't answer.

In the end I used my oldest email which I thought wasn't a POP one and registered for the third time and it seems to be working.

I did wonder if you had to have a new name as Yvette seemed to have trouble and came back a YvetteSB or something but you should still be Viviana.
